At USA Energy Providers, we take great pride in the quality of our workmanship and the professionalism of our service. We are committed to ensuring every customer is fully satisfied with the work we perform. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, credits, or remedial work may be issued. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every job we complete. If you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed by our technicians, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of service completion so that we can assess the concern and take appropriate corrective action. Our priority is always to resolve the issue promptly and to your full satisfaction.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- A service was paid for but was never performed by our team
- The work completed was materially different from what was agreed upon in the service order
- A verifiable defect in our workmanship is identified within the 12-month labor warranty period and we are unable to remedy it within a reasonable timeframe
- A duplicate payment was made in error by the customer
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The customer changes their mind after the work has been completed as agreed
- Dissatisfaction resulting from conditions that were pre-existing and disclosed prior to service
- Issues arising from customer-supplied materials or equipment not installed by our team
- Work that has been altered, modified, or interfered with by a third party after our technicians completed the job
3. Deposits & Cancellations
- Deposits paid to secure a scheduled service appointment are fully refundable if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the quoted service cost to cover technician scheduling and material preparation costs
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced on the project
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at contact@usaenergyproviders.pro with your full name, service date, invoice number, and a clear description of your concern
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
- If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of service
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where a service was partially completed or where only a portion of the work is disputed, we may offer a partial refund or service credit at our discretion, based on a fair assessment of the work performed versus the work agreed upon.
6. Service Credits
In some cases, rather than a monetary refund, we may offer a service credit of equal value that can be applied toward a future USA Energy Providers service. Service credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, we encourage you to escalate your concern by emailing contact@usaenergyproviders.pro with the subject line “Refund Dispute.” A senior customer relations manager will personally review your case and respond within 5 business days with a final resolution.
